As the Founder and Managing Partner
of TribalVision, a Boston-based full-service digital marketing agency, I’ve achieved profitability in each year of TribalVision’s 10+ years of operation, maintaining above-average metrics compared to industry benchmarks and a 14% compounded annual growth rate (CAGR).
Since inception, I’ve led TribalVision’s marketing and business development teams as well as overseen TribalVision’s growth from just myself to 65+ full-time employees, all with the absence of outside funding. I pride myself in having built a client-centric culture rooted in innovation and excellence as demonstrated by multiple ‘Best Places to Work’ awards. Under my leadership, TribalVision developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies for 500+ mid-sized clients, resulting in 80+ 5-star Google reviews and numerous industry awards including being a 4x Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company winner. I’ve also received multiple awards and recognition for my leadership and business success, including SBA Small Businessperson of the Year, Smart CEO Boston Future50 Winner, and a 90%+ Glassdoor CEO rating.
Before TribalVision, I served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President at Home Loan Investment Bank, where I transformed a dated marketing department into a customer-centric, quantitative team that consistently exceeded revenue milestones. While there, I designed a multi-channel marketing strategy that increased origination volume by 60% while holding the year-over-year marketing budget constant. Additionally, I re-branded the Bank’s commercial lending division and helped craft a long-term strategic plan that quadrupled the division’s revenues and net income within a three-year period.
My education includes
a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from The Yale School of Management, with a concentration in Marketing and In-Depth Sequence in Entrepreneurship. While at Yale, I received academic distinctions (top 10% of class) in Marketing Management, Product Planning, Strategic Market Measurement, E-Business and Marketing, Regression and Hypothesis Testing, Listening to the Customer, Consumer Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Business Ethics. I was also a finalist for the Connecticut Business Plan Competition.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Swarthmore College, where I achieved a 3.45 G.P.A. and was a recipient of the Rod Dowdle Leadership Award. I was also the President of Swarthmore College’s Student Affairs Committee (“SAC”) and Captain of the Nationally Ranked Men’s Tennis Team.
I am a former board member of The Tech Collective and the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI). I am an avid tennis player and have achieved a # 1 Ranking in New England for Father-Son Doubles alongside my 18-year-old son, Jack.

Chris oversees TribalVision’s strategy, marketing and thought leadership initiatives. In addition, Chris and his team develop comprehensive marketing strategies for businesses and non-profits looking to achieve dramatic top-line growth.
